Greensboro College in North Carolina is making history by hosting the Ukraine Women's National Wrestling Team, winners of the 2022 United World Women’s Freestyle Wrestling World Cup. The visit, aimed at promoting both the sport and cultural exchange, includes training sessions with the college's teams, a free clinic, and an exhibition. Coach Justin Harty sees this as a unique opportunity for learning from the best and sharing experiences, fostering a connection between different worlds. The team's five-day schedule also allows for visits to local cultural institutions and discussions about the challenges Ukraine faces.
